St. Andre Walnut Cake

Ingredients :

  • 1 half of cups finely ground walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon raspberry sauce
  • half cup all-reason flour
  • 1 cup apricot preserves
  • 2 tablespoons brandy
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar

Instructions :

  • Preheat oven to 350 levels F (a hundred seventy five stages C). Coat a nine inch spherical cake pan with vegetable oil spray, and line the bottom with parchment paper.
